Twilight is a young-adult ( adult?) vampire-romance novel written by author Stephenie , published in 2005 . It is the first book of the Twilight series, and introduces seventeen-year-old Isabella "Bella" Swan who moves from Phoenix, Arizona, to Forks, Washington, and finds her life in danger when she falls in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen. The novel is followed by New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.
Ok, its not only a book, not only a film but has become a culture, man i know people ( girls) who have watched the movie more than five times in cinemas and lost counting on dvd. The main actors have become stars....fame but till when? :P The same thing and hype was present when High School Musical started but hey its no Disney and it came out direct in theaters anyway heard the sequel is on the way, well well the fans can smile then.
